Front desk isn't the friendliest but everything else was great! Hotel is only 10 mins metro train ride into city center. There's also a small "mall" near to the hotel where you can get essentials (food, shampoo etc) for very affordable price.

What I loved about the hotel was that it was a 5 minute walk from the train which is what I used the entire time to get around. That was super convenient and easy. 5 stars for that, but that's about it. I ended up trying to extend my stay because I loved Vienna so much and to add 2 more nights, they wanted to charge me way more than I had already paid for 8 nights. When I said no, they offered to lower the price but at that point I was turned off by how predatory it seemed. When I paid for breakfast one day, the staff did not seem interested in helping me with anything, so the rest of the days I ventured out and went to cafes. I will say, the first night when I checked in, the front desk person was super nice and friendly so I was looking forward to my stay but it soured quickly. If you don't mind dismissive staff it's a great affordable option with good transportation, but don't expect to be wowed by great customer service. And maybe it was my ignorance, but not once was my coffee station refilled, so I had complimentary coffee one morning. That was it.

Good location for getting into Vienna centre but not many places to eat at night. Concrete floors means you hear other guests moving around. Strange set up with 2 single duvets on a double bed!! Breakfast was very good with a great selection

Possibly the best value hotel I've ever stayed in, it was the equivalent quality of hotels triple the price. Very clean and spacious room, friendly staff (who also speak perfect English), very generous checkout times and great breakfast. Location very easy to access as it's just 5 stops from the central station on the U3 metro. Perfect, and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was close to the metro and people were very friendly, however the worst beds I even slept on, very uncomfortable and my back was hurting the next day. Breakfast was good and again workers very friendly

Wonderful staff very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast every day. The best thing is definitely the location. It is five minutes to the metro to be in downtown Vienna. There is not much around for restaurants or shopping in the immediate area, but it is not an issue when the metro is so close

App to check in a pain, but apparently optional.

Clean, efficient hotel. You had the option of checking in online, which I did. Frankly, I would rather not trouble myself with apps on the phone when traveling though. There was a counter attendant until late at night, so using the app to remote check in was not necessary.

Underground a 2 minute walk away with easy access to loads of places. The room was spacious and the breakfast was lovely! We also got a bottle of fizz as a honeymoon gift, which was lovely!

After being delayed for several hours, our airline canceled our flight to Vienna. By then, there were no flights to Vienna for the rest of the evening. We called the hotel to tell them we could not get to the city and they asked us to send an email. In the email, we explained our situation and asked them if we could exchange our reservation for another stay in a couple weeks. They said “no” and were not helpful at all. VERY disappointed in their lack of customer relations.
