The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location is incredibly convenient, with shops, restaurants, and the train station all within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vienna.

Best hotel in Europe so far! We have been traveling throughout Europe for several weeks. This was an oasis of comfort and joy for us! The checkin was awesome with comfortable chairs and a glass of wine! The room was big, very comfortable bed and awesome shower. The mini bar had complimentary beverages. Not to mention a handwritten note welcoming us to the hotel with a complimentary bottle of white wine! The staff was friendly, helpful and made us feel at home! Especially Zenit, he was especially nice to us! Breakfast was served in a beautiful setting in an outside terrace with delicious and healthy choices for breakfast ! We definitely would stay at The Leo Grand again !

Highly recommend The Leo Grand!
We absolutely LOVED our stay at this hotel. Everything was beautiful - so much attention to detail. Check-in was quick and seamless, and as a traveler from another country the quick tutorial on the thermostat, lights and blinds was greatly appreciated, as well as the complimentary drinks, macarons and handwritten welcome note. We enjoyed the breakfast on our last morning - be sure to try the smoothie - so refreshing! We are so glad we chose to treat ourselves to this boutique hotel while in Vienna! Thank you, The Leo Grand, for being immaculate hosts...and thank you for the unlimited ice refills! Sincerely, two American Girls.

It was a gorgeous hotel and was a perfect stay. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was gorgeous and the bathroom even more spectacular! Everything and the attention to detail was priceless ! The convenience to the St.Stephens Cathedral was the best ! As well as the walking distance to just about every shopping store or food option. I don’t have a single complaint about this hotel and stay except that I wished I had planned a few more nights to enjoy my stay.

Great experience overall. The location is very conveniently situated and walkable with subway/public transport close by. The staff was phenomenal and went above and beyond concerning any questions and tickets that you might need help obtaining. What can i say about The Leo Grand other than it was perfection. From the friendly greeting from reception on arrival it just got even better. We were shown up to our room where everything was explained, lighting, tv and mini bar etc and the room itself was beautiful. The whole hotel has been really well designed and is spotlessly clean and is right in the middle of town so you can walk everywhere. It was my wifes birthday while we were there and on return to our room found a nice bottle of wine a card and a small present from the staff, such a nice gesture. Cannot recommend the Leo enough and we will definitely return.

The hotel had a great location and wonderful staff. We were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff went out of the way to make it extra special for us! The room was large, clean and very comfortable. There was no street noise despite being on the 2nd floor. The bathrooms were modern and nice. The location was great and very walkable. I'd recommend this hotel to friends.
