The room was not stocked at all with silverware, dishes, etc. They also charge a $300 deposit, but it is buried in a lot of clicks, so you don't realize until you get there.

No room service.
Travelers be warned, no room service unless you stay for four nights. My wife spilled coffee on the floor and had no other way to clean it up. Called room service, not allowed. So I used a towel to clean up the coffee and at the end of my two nights day, they charged me $50 for the towel. A towel that might cost around a couple of dollars. Receptionist at front desk was extremely rude, at times yelling at me with extremely loud voice. He tried to tell me that even though the towel is couple of dollars but the shipping and everything cost $50. That's insane . I couldn't do anything because they have my CC . I should have thrown the towel in the dumpster instead of leaving it there. I would love to post a picture of the towel. Will do at a later time.

I loved the staff. However, the room was not equipped with basic needs. There was no dishcloths, no dish detergent, not enough cutlery, nor asequate bathroom essentials. Aside from that, I had a billing isdue that took up my entire back account. Couldn't even participate in what I traveled to the area for. It was horrible! Didn't get a reply to my email asking to be retributed.

There was no service throughout my stay , they ran out of food at the one breakfast I attended and I still haven’t been refunded my $150 incidental charge.
