Great location and we loved having a balcony that looked right out on all the activities. The hotel air conditioning was very poor. Yes, it was hot outside. I live in Texas so I know an A/C can cool a house in the middle of summer. We called because the room would not cool down. Maintenance came and said “ Well it’s hot out. The air is cooling.” It took all night to finally cool down from 76 to 72. Not great. Breakfast was a joke.

The hotel staff were exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and professional. We went during the red dress run and particularly appreciated the security. Only thing I wish were better was the pool temperature. We have a chiller at home on ours so it made this bath water temperature pool unbearable.

Very nice and convenient location. SOFT BEDS!!! I slept so good! It would be nice if they had room service though, but you can order at the bar. Very nice pool area and staff was very nice! If you need to stay on bourbon street, highly recommend!

We have stayed here twice now within the last year but this will prob be the last time. You have to use the room key for air in the room to work and even then it never got cooler that 73 and we turned it all the way down at one point. Between that and the price they want to charge you for parking on top of the nightly rate. It takes away from it big time. Not happy at all and will find someone else to stay on our trips to NOLA.
