Debbie and Will knew that I was about to give my lady her engagement ring and they went above and beyond to help me plan everything to perfection. They offered us complimentary celebratory gifts and recommendations to all of the best restaurants! Debbie helped me consider tours and interesting destinations. The service staff was polite and helpful and offered us new towels and coffee even after the service time was over for our floor. We were right off of the main action streets but far enough to be quiet and safe. I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting for the first time or returning to the French quarter!

Convenient location and the hotel was prepared for Hurricane Francine with food, water, power generator and suggestions for dinner. Reservation included a bottle of wine.
