Needs A Makeover
While the outside of the hotel and the lobby look to be in great condition, our king room was less than stellar. Once you venture past the lobby, you quickly realize the hotel is in need of major upgrades and repairs, not to mention aesthetic touches. The carpet is worn, the elevator is tragic and our room had water damage that wasnā€™t fixed. The baseboards need cleaning and the bed was lacking enough pillows to make it a true comfortable bed for two people. We also had 3 hangers between the two of us and had to call housekeeping for more. So we ended up with around 7. For two people. For five days. Ridiculous. The mini fridge didnā€™t work but there was another tinier one on the floor. The couch in the room had seen better days and we did not want to sit on it. Two mismatched chairs were also in the room. This hotel needs updating stat!

The first room we were given smelled like MOLD. The staff was apologetic and helpful in getting us into a better roof. The drop ceiling tiles in the bedroom were VERY dirty and stained with black spots. It would have been nice to watch live tv in the room however everything was on an app. For $300 a night, you can do much better looking for a room. Do no recommend staying here - stay away.

The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the front desk staff and the bartender were fantastic. Very nice and helpful. Otherwise, I wouldā€™ve given -2 stars. Our room was absolutely disgusting. Room 230. The carpet couldnā€™t have been cleaned in years. Stains everywhere. It needed to be completely ripped out. The bathtub was filthy. I had to shower with my shoes on. We asked for a different room, but we checked in late and there was an event in town, so they said nothing was available. We cut our four nights short and left as soon as we could. Iā€™ve stayed here before so I was very surprised at the state of our room. Sadly, I wonā€™t be back.
