The staffs at the property are pleasant and helpful. The property while it could be a four star hotel it looks more like a cheap motel than a four star hotel. The carpet around the property is dirty and have a bad smell.

Older hotel in great area
Very very convenient. Showing it's age though. The elevators are simply terrifying. They make noises you never want to hear in an elevator. Had to be moved to a different room because the door wouldn't lock in the first one. TVs don't show any actual programming, just a smart TV screen to sign into apps. It needs some work but is very walkable in the French Quarter.

Staff was very nice! Room was dirty. Didn't have wash cloths, even after requesting. There was shaving cream on the sink left over from a previous guest. Our room was next to the ice machine, which obviously had a leak because the carpet was wet in a section. It smelled like mold. The pool area was beautiful!

The staff were pleasant and professional and helpful... there was cold water and coffee in the foyer. It was a bit far from Jackson Square for a guy with a bad hip. Parking was efficient and the guy wouldn't accept a tip!!! go figure! The place really needs a facelift though...

Older property can use some updating especially in the bathroom area. Very small room but perfect for a one night stay. Conveniently located at edge of quarter so its walking distance to major sites. Pool was a definite plus. Balcony is not private so we met some wonderful people. Everyone was super nice including the staff at the front desk and the parking guys. Room was clean but outdated, carpet a little dinghy and stained but as i said its an older property. Overall a great place to stay. Balcony room is a definite must. We enjoyed sitting outside and people watching most of our stay.
