Luxurious seafront villa in Praia da Lota, Algarve. Just a few meters from the beach. With four rooms, each with its own private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and garage. It has a enormous terrace on the last floor with sofas and a breathtaking sea view. On the ground floor there is a large area with table, barbeque, grill, wood oven and a shower (useful after beach). The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating for winter. Furthermore, it has high speed internet and smart TV. It is the ideal place for remote work or to enjoy family holidays on the beach with lots of safe space for kids.

Casa nova perto da praia
Casa impecável, limpa, bem decorada, muito bem equipada, primeira linha relativamente à praia. 4 quartos em que um é em cave, bastante inferior aos outros… o que nao se entende quando um dos quartos no piso superior esta fechado. Colchões de molas de fraca qualidade. Tivemos um problema com o portão que nos impediu de usar o carro no primeiro e parte do segundo dia, nao tivemos a assistência imediata por parte do proprietário, tivemos de ser nós a resolver. Essa questao manchou um pouco a experiência… apesar disso foram umas boas férias.

Beautiful, tastefully furnished house with breathtaking view to the beach, that leaves nothing to be desired. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, cafe and restaurant. Everything went perfectly with the booking and handover of the keys. Landlord extremely friendly. We felt very comfortable and can warmly recommend the house.

Óptima para férias em familia
3 suites + 1 quarto + 1 wc comum Espaço exterior impecável Praia muito perto, só usámos o carro 1 vez para fazer as compras iniciais, de resto íamos ao mercado pelo passadiço todas as manhãs antes da praia. O único contra foi mesmo a falta de limpeza no frigorífico e no chão da sala, que tivemos de limpar para o nosso bebe de 1,5anos. A internet móvel não era awesome, mas descobrimos um local na cozinha para colocar o router e ficou aceitável. Os proprietários foram impecáveis, sempre disponíveis. Adorámos, já recomendámos a amigos, e se voltarmos a fazer férias com muita gente vamos sem dúvida voltar. Obrigada!
