The hotel is very good. The construction of the hotel is old, but the experience is very good. The $100 plus price is probably 20 to 30% in excess of what could be judged a good value. The buffet breakfast and dining room are also very good Internet is good, parking and hot water shower are good Overall satisfied with the experience.

From the outside it looks a bit questionable but the security guard is outside at all times & was very friendly. Once inside, the hotel looks just like the pictures advertised. Staff was very friendly at check-in. They were very accommodating. I had a wheelchair & they made sure to put me on the 1st floor. Be patient. It did take a while to get checked in, but the staff is friendly. My room was perfect. The bed was soft & super comfortable. Nice shower with hot water. There is a split air conditioner & ceiling fan. Smart tv. You can use your passwords for your steaming apps to watch tv if you want The pool is big & approximately 4 feet 10 inches deep. It was cool & refreshing & helped with my swollen feet after traveling. The restaurant: I ordered pollo jalepeño for dinner. Cooked to perfection & very reasonable prices for a hotel. They offer various sodas & beers. The cons: The air conditioner desperately needs the filter washed or changed. The ceiling fan needs to be dusted more often because both were blowing out dust. The advertised hot-tub is cute but not hot. Communication before arriving at the hotel was lacking. I sent a message through Expedia and they never responded. The message I sent through their website took over 36 hrs for a response. Now my take on the transportation: I don't recommend it. Whoever runs it or was responding via Whatsapp was rude & pushy. The payment form is not common either. I used another service. Overall: I highly recommend!

Primero que todo es un Hotel… pero deja mucho que desear le falta mucho para eso, es muy ruidoso desde las 10am ponen música en la piscina Porque venden un Day pass por $8 más el consumo para personas de afuera tienen que darle prioridad al guest que esta hospedado en sus habitaciónes. 2-En la Habitación no hay agua tuve que discutir dos veces con la recepción y nadie tiene resposabilidad o es el de mantenimiento o no saben pero el punto es no hay agua como uno se va a bañar muy pobre en eso y si le agregamos que no hay agua caliente peor el servicio 3- Las instalaciones del cuarto no son reales a las fotos que venden en el portal de Expedía de hecho las condiciones del Cuarto de Hotel muy sencillo muy pobre para el precio que pague 4- La calidad de servicio en comida muy pobre ya sea el desayuno que va incluido para el guest o cuando uno consume otras cosas que venden en el menú. 5- Definitavamente no volveré a hospedarme aquí mucho ruido no solo por lo que antes mencione, no hay un rótulo un sing de DND las de limpieza llegan golpean las puertas y eso despierta a uno no hay privacidad
