An additional large living room space with dining table and sofa set is also situated on the lower floor, with direct access to a covered patio and lovely garden/BBQ area.

Outside, the property has an inviting swimming pool to enjoy the sunny days and cooler nights during summertime and looks out to magnificent mountain views.
