This is a beautiful 3-bedroom cottage in Villanueva de la Concepción. It offers a splendid view of the surrounding valleys and Costa del Sol. It is ideal for a family or group of friends.

Villanueva de la Concepción and La Joya are 5 km away and you'll find supermarkets 1 km from here and restaurants 5 km away. The village lies at the foot of Sierra del Torcal natural park. You can take trips to the three royal cities of Andalusia or visit Malaga and its beaches 50 km away. In the immediate vicinity, you can go horseriding 6 km away and take long walks in the hills.

The home has a private swimming pool for you to take a refreshing dip. There is a vegetable garden which was used for farming. There is a private fenced garden and terrace where you can enjoy a nice barbecue. The living room has satellite TV and a fireplace. You can get a cot on request and are allowed to bring 1 pet.

A perfect piece of Spain
This villa is in a very quiet part of rural Spain. The property is beautiful set within mountains - you will never get tired of the views. The bedrooms are large and cool and the living space has everything you need. There is a large pool which you will not want to leave and our host Antonio is a wonderful quietly spoken man who provides fresh vegetables from his garden. It is the prefect place to relax and yet only about 35 miles from Malaga. If you can speak a little Spanish it will help but overall just a little piece of Heaven.

beautiful house in wonderful location
We spent 2 weeks with the family - the house is well located, with a fantastic swimming pool, surrounded by nature and beautiful countryside. The owner and his daughter were always on hand and very helpful,providing lots of guidance. There is so much to see in the region.. Antequera, Malaga, Nerja, all great days out. Fully recommend for a wonderful holiday.

Oasis de calme dans un décor de rêve
Nous avons vraiment adoré cette villa très grande, très propre et bien pourvue, nichée dans un décor de carte postale et à proximité du parc El Torcal. L'accueil extrêmement chaleureux de Antonio le propriétaire, un homme très généreux et d'une grande gentillesse, a beaucoup contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié prendre l'apéro sur la terrasse ainsi que de profiter de la piscine. Il est aisé de rayonner à partir de cette localisation pour se rendre à Grenade (1h30) ou à Cordoue (1h44). Aussi, 2 villages à proximité, La Higuera (2 km) et Villanueva de la Concepcion (6 km), offrent plusieurs services tels que épiceries, pharmacies et restos. Cet endroit était si charmant que personnement, je ne voulais plus partir. En résumé, voici une villa que mon conjoint et le couple qui était avec nous, recommandons chaudement.

Superbes vacances en Andalousie
Le gîte est confortable et propre, l'équipement complet et l'agencement extérieur est très agréable (piscine, barbecue, différentes terrasses et tables). Le propriétaire, Antonio, est vraiment très chaleureux et serviable. La casa La Monja est située à environ 1h30 de Séville, Cordoue ou Grenade, et au pied du Torcal qui permet de belles promenades. Au final, de superbes vacances de Pâques!
