I have 2 complaints. 1. Hot tub and pool didn’t open until 4pm, after a long trip and no access in the morning for the hot tub was highly disappointing! 2. Mattress was very uncomfortable. The staff were amazing!!

The room was nice and clean. The only issue I had was the shower curtain does not fit the tub. It is curved too far out and is hung to high so it doesn't reach the inside of the tub. about a six inch gap from curtain to shower. Water goes all over the floor.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. However, we arrived at about 4pm and our room was not ready due to lack of cleaning staff. We were told to go eat dinner and come back. We came back close to 6pm and the room was still not ready. Staff did get another room for us.
