It consists of a mattrimoniale room, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom, a spacious living room with kitchenette and anglolo a small garden with barbecue, also has all the modern comforts such as TV, washing machine, microwave, DVD player . Prices may vary in periods, are inclusive of all utilities (water, gas, electricity etc..) Cleaning and excluded the use of linen. And 'possible however, for those who do not get a chance, with a supplement of 10 euros per person, to have even the linens.

Appartamento ubicato a due passi dal centro di Villasimius e vicino a tutte le spiagge della zona ; locale spazioso, pulitissimo e conforme alla descrizione , dotato di tutto il necessario, compresa la biancheria per la casa fresca di bucato! Il signor Gigi e la moglie ci hanno accolti con un cestino di frutta fresca e dei dolcetti tipici e ci hanno fornito indicazioni utili per le spiagge adiacenti. Che altro dire…consigliato vivamente!

Come a casa
L’appartamento è carino, ben arredato, completo di ogni comfort dalla lavatrice agli ombrelloni, la cucina completissima, più che a casa. Ci sono due stanze da letto molto grandi, un bagno finestrato e un soggiorno spazioso. L’unico difetto che si può trovare è che la casa è in un condominio e dormendo con le finestre aperte, c’è sempre qualcuno che fa più rumore del dovuto. La consiglierei, anche come posizione, 10 minuti dal centro con ampio spazio per parcheggio.

Wir wurden persönlich von Gigi und seiner Frau zum Check in empfangen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es gibt einen Parkplatz vor der Tür und man ist fußläufig schnell in der Stadt. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Villasimius.

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa
Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima isola presso l'appartamento del Sig. Luigi che assieme alla moglie ci hanno accolto con grande ospitalità e cortesia. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato frutta fresca, bevande e dei buonissimi dolcetti sardi. L'immobile si trova a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro ed è veramente curato, pulito, fresco e dotato di tutto il necessario di cui una famiglia ha bisogno. Ringrazio ancora i Sig.Durzu per la loro ospitalità e ci auguriamo di ritornarci ancora.

Divinamente ospiti
Prima volta per noi con homeaway, ci siamo trovati "ospiti" del sig. Luigi e moglie, all'arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare birra e frutta fresca in frigo, dopo le "istruzioni" per il soggiorno hanno lasciato alla nostra vacanza senza invasioni. Casa ubicata in zona poco trafficata, tutta al piano terra con un sacco di cose messe a disposizione dai proprietari. con 5 minuti a piedi si è già in centro. Ci siamo risentiti prima della partenza con estrema cortesia. Complice una settimana meravigliosa in una terra meravigliosa sicuramente una bellissima esperienza.

Vacanza e soggiorno perfetti
Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno in questa casa. Il sig Luigi e sua moglie sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto con frutta fresca e degli ottimi dolcetti sardi. La casa è ampia, ben attrezzata, fresca e corrisponde esattamente alle foto pubblicate. La piccola veranda già ci manca ... Villasimius e la Sardegna hanno fatto il resto, natura e spiagge fantastiche.

Soggiorno molto piacevole!
La casa è accogliente e ben attrezzata, comoda per 6 persone. La posizione è tranquilla, vicina al centro paese raggiungibile a piedi; risulta un'ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare le spiagge di Villasimius e dintorni (molto belle!), per le quali è però necessario spostarsi in macchina. I proprietari sono gentili e molto disponibili.
