Welcome to Seaside Home, a hidden gem in the charming Villasimius, precisely in the refined Cala Caterina, a place where time seems to slow down to make you savor every moment. This newly renovated villa is just steps from the enchanting Santo Stefano Beach, promising direct access to a dreamy coastal scenery.

The villa, spanning 100 square meters, offers a private entrance that opens up to a world of tranquility and comfort. It features a covered private parking space and a private garden where sun loungers invite you to relax under the Sardinian sun with the sea just a few steps away. The porch and the loggia, both furnished with outdoor furniture, are perfect spots for enjoying meals al fresco and in the evening, admire stunning sunsets that paint the sky, offering a breathtaking panorama.

Spread over two levels, Seaside Home is designed to ensure privacy and comfort. On the raised floor, there is a double bedroom and a triple bedroom. The double bedroom features a queen bed, wardrobe, and private bathroom, while the triple bedroom has two single beds plus a pull-out bed, a wardrobe, and an adjacent bathroom with a shower. These rooms offer serene and cozy spaces, perfect for recharging after a day spent on the nearby beaches. On the ground floor, another double bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with a shower provides additional convenience and accessibility.

The interior of the villa is completed by a kitchen equipped with modern appliances, a living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a dining area where you can share delightful moments in good company. With amenities such as air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, and free Wi-Fi, every aspect of your vacation is meticulously taken care of.

Imagine living every day with the sea greeting you in the morning, right in front of your home. A lush green lawn stretches out to some rocks, perfect for a refreshing dip. To the left, just a few steps away, lies a beautiful private beach with coarse sand. *IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We usually welcome all our guests personally by arranging an appointment for the delivery of the keys and the check-in operations. The Staff of Sardinia Chic will take care of the reception of guests from 16.00 to 21.00 and check-out from 08.00 to 10.00 (check-out before 08.00, must be communicated during the check-in).

72 hours before arrival it is necessary to communicate the arrival time at the airport or at the port to our Booking Office with a message, or, by email, so you can make an appointment with the Sardinia Chic team, for the delivery of the property.

Since we are not a hotel, we do not offer a 24-hour reception service. Therefore, we advise our Guests to contact us in advance to arrange the check-in time with our team.

Requests for early/late check-in and/or late/early check-out are subject to availability and incur a supplement.

The Contract
Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays.

Deposit
The refundable deposit of € 800,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in. It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House.

Local Council Tax
The tourist tax, excluded from the total stay, is applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable. Please note that the Municipality of Villasimius requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on site. From 1st March to 31st October, € 1,00 (One/00) per person for every night (10 years are excluded). The local council tax has to be settled directly by the Guest to the Property Manager Agency, and must be paid in cash during check-in operations.
