We only rent to families and forbid parties and group gatherings of any kind. Security Cameras monitor the property and any excess guest occupancy after 9:30pm or noise violation is cause for immediate termination of stay. Maximum sleeping restricted to families of 4 adults and 2 children.
You have access to the fenced-in front "yard" which includes lovely landscaping with a brick paver patio, gas grill, picnic table, Adirondack chairs with table. The interior of the cottage is tastefully decorated and comfortable and includes all linens, bath towels, toiletries, and kitchenware.
We have Fios internet, cable tv, 3 smart televisions, gas fireplace, a/c, heat and ceiling fans. There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level with queen beds and a full bed in the loft area.
There is a shared separate laundry room (clothes washer and dryer) / beach gear room with beach-towels. umbrellas, beach chairs, cart, toys and even surf boards.

Just to name a few are First Landing State Park at 64th street and other side of Shore Drive, Cape Henry Lighthouse on Fort Story is walking distance to escort parking area, The Virginia Beach Aquarium, I-Fly indoor skydiving, TopGolf, movie theaters, bowling, music venues, are all also very close.
