we checked in during the software meltdown! Registration was done by hand. Your staff was great, patience and calming to all waiting. Special shout out to Ramona who made sure got our cookies and helped with elevator issue to make sure we got to our floor. We took elevator and she climbed the stairs. Ramona is an asset to Hilton. Customer service is her asset! Made sense of a difficult situation with her calming attitude.

Nice hotel and nice staff. Just know they charge the incidental fee and the 1st night rate before you check in and not just a deposit. You are supposed to get the incidental fee back after check out. Only complaints were my shower could’ve been cleaner and I wish they had more channels to choose from. The bed was soooo comfortable! Food and drinks on the restaurant were good and they staff was really nice.
