During our stay we were excited to take a shower after a long New Year’s Eve night. We were sad to discover that there was 0 hot water and also very poor water pressure. I wasn’t even able to wash my hair. We were there with 3 other couples (all had our own rooms) we were hanging out in one of the rooms and our music ended up being a tad too loud (ok we understand and except that.) where our issue comes from is that instead of calling to ask us to turn it down, or even knock on the door, the security guard used a key and WALKED in the room unannounced!! That is ABSOLUTELY NEVER ok. Not only is this dangerous to the security guard, but also your paying guests.

Room was not ready when we got there at 330. Was told we would receive a text when room was ready. At 405 still no text. Website says check in is 4pm. Had to go to front desk to be able to get room at appropriate time.

Surprisingly Very Nice Hotel
This was on of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a while! The hotel was very clean and nice, with beautiful decorations for the holiday season. To be right on the water is definitely a plus, although the weather was too cool for me to really enjoy the beach. But, the balcony attached to my room made for a beautiful scenery. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. The o my negative I had was the smell of the hallways on the room floors, it smelled like old, damp carpet or like a mildew smell. Besides the hallway, the room I stayed in was very clean. I will definitely return to stay here next time I’m in town!
