THIS PROPERTY IS A FRIDAY TO FRIDAY RENTAL IN SUMMER MONTHS. This is a beautiful home perfect for multiple families wanting to experience the beach and have a pool and hot tub option. This home features a stocked kitchen w/ plenty of space for entertaining. Great Escape is an excellent choice for your family vacation, reunion, or corporate getaway. Great Escape has 7 bedrooms 4 baths w/ a bonus room (futon). This home sleeps 22. New for summer 2024, 3 beach cruisers.

We love to host families, wedding groups, girls/guys trips, team building, athletic leagues, and more. It's the perfect vacation home for people who love the beauty of the beach and the convenience of the canal/bay access. It's a treasure that will call you back year after year. Located in the quiet community of Sandbridge, Virginia Beach. This stunning gem has all of the amenities you could wish for in a vacation home and is a short 1 1/2 blocks from the ocean! We have tried to think of everything you will need for your stay. Perfect for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing or enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the beautiful sunrise or sunset.

This is one of few properties that do Friday- Friday stays during the summer months (June-August). Finding that checking in on these days allows families to enjoy a full first weekend at the beach. Instead of being stuck in long lines of traffic on check in days (Saturday afternoons are extremely hectic for check in/out, service companies doing cleanings, repairs, lawn maintenance, and pool services)

The first floor offers a large recreation room with a pool table and lounge area with cable television. This is the perfect area to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Open the sliding glass doors to a covered patio overlooking your private pool and boat deck. There are also 3 bedrooms (1 queen with a private bath), 2 other bedrooms off of the recreation room. The first floor also offers a laundry room with 2 washers and dryers for your personal use.
The second floor has wide open spaces and beautiful natural light that makes it bright and airy. The living room has a 60" television, comfortable seating for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you should need to prepare meals. The custom dinning room table offers plenty of seating for meals, games or just catching up. Outside the deck overlooks the pool and waterway. It's the perfect place to grill your lunch or dinner. The private crows nest on the top of the house offers beautiful views of the ocean and the bay.
This is an all-inclusive property rental that includes everything you need to make your vacation experience a success. All linens and towels are included so that all you need to do is show up with flip flops and a smile on your face.
Beach cart with 6 chairs and 2 beach umbrellas included for your use. **NEW THIS SUMMER ** 3 beach cruisers w/ bike lock

We have stayed at many houses over the years from New Jersey beaches to the Outerbanks - this by far was my favorite. Our first time in Sandbridge. We love the location of this house, the big yard, only two blocks from the beach, the canal out back which you can kayak and paddleboard - it was perfect. The house had everything we needed and more - was clean and well stocked and big enough for everyone to enjoy. There is nothing like a day at the beach and coming home to the pool and hot tub. Any concern or questions we had were answered immediately. We had a great time and many memories were made.

Three sisters, two husbands, five children of the adults and four children under 8 had a wonderful visit. Nice facility but the star was the pool and the children improving their swimming skills and having a great time. When we arrived there was a small problem with a drain not draining properly and the owners drove in to fix it quickly. All good.

Great location with lots of things to do for the entire family. We had kids from 2 to 18 and they enjoyed everything about the property. Adults also enjoyed the various decks, pool, kayaks, and location to the beach. We will definitely rent again when we need a big house like this. Thank you.

This was a good house in a nice location. Easy walk to the beach, the pool was nice and clean. It was convenient to have the private dock and access to the water right in the back yard! The owners were communicative and the check-in/out was very easy. Would stay again!

Wonderful family vacation spot
This is a lovely holiday home for an extended family beach vacation. The location is great with a quick 1.5 block walk to the beach, the pool is a great option, there are kayaks and paddle boards available, and the back canal was great for evening fishing. There were 8 adults, 1 child, and 2 dogs with us with enough space and rooms for everyone not to feel on top of each other. Everything was clean, kitchen was stocked with essentials, and doors/lights/locks worked well. Owners were responsive and even mailed us our pillow and teddy bear back when we accidentally left it(!!). Highly recommend staying here!

Great vacation house for large groups, especially fully equipped kitchen and double laundry. Quick walk to the beach. Clean and organized. Extremely responsive owners who solved issues immediately. Parasailing, zip lining, dolphin tours and hotel boardwalk approx. 20 minutes away. Good place to spend vacation.

Everything was wonderful! So much to do. They loved the Bay & Pool. There wasn’t one thing missing that was needed. The owners were easy to get a hold of when one of the bedroom fans did not work. He came & checked it out & got it replaced. The only thing was I had a problem with walking the steps, I have a bad leg which is mot their fault. All & all we had so much fun. Our Great Escape
The property is nice and had lots of space for our large group of babies to great grand parent. The outdoor and indoor amenities were fun for all. Would definitely recommend this property. :) Just a side note, if there was any negative... the beds were not super comfortable.

Everything You Could Possibly Want
We had an extended family group ranging in ages from people in their 20's to people in their 90's. All of us were very comfortable in our rooms, and we thoroughly enjoyed the common spaces, all with comfortable furniture. We made many meals in the well equipped kitchen The pool/hot tub is refreshing, and it's just a short walk to the beach. We loved this vacation home.
