The property and the room was dirty the smell lf mildew in the room. The A/C unit in the room was leaking causing the carpet to be soaked for our entire stay. Maintenance came up and got some what dry and they left a fan behind to dry the carpet. However they came back and took it the next day and the carpet continued to be wet for our entire stay. When we first arrived to the room it was not properly vacuumed I was picking up cheese and crust from someone having pizza it was just dirty I wouldn’t stay here or recommend anybody else stay here either.

The hotel was comfortable but outdated. We loved our ocean view and the fact that we were a few steps from the beach. The hotel does not offer beach accessories such as towels, umbrellas or chairs so make sure to bring your own or they can be rented in some areas of the beach. It was convenient because we were in the middle of the boardwalk and had a few good restaurants near us, the hotel had a restaurant but I wouldn’t recommend it.

This or 3rd stay in a row yearly and we enjoy it since day 1 till the day we leave. It's always a family friendly place. Food near by and stores are close. I highly recommend to book this place

Bad smell in the entire room, room temperature is hot, dirty bathroom, dirty lift. As per my experience, I waste the money and they need lots of improvements for stay in market.

The bathroom had some bug issues, not a lot, but I just hate killing bugs in my room. The view was definitely spectacular, but I wish I could have been on a higher floor.

The location was excellent, close to everything, but the hotel is outdated . Tv only had the weather channel and a black and white movie channel and two cartoons one . When we booked the reservation it said all fees included , and we got there we had to pay additional resort fee .

Not happy nor impressed
I booked 1 room for my family of 5, bc the description stated that the room accommodated 2 adults & 3 children. We checked in very late when we arrived, only to find 2 double beds, with no other accommodation. (No sleep sofa, no rollaway bed, etc) We were all too tired to complain, so I made a list is things needing attention. Needless to say, that all of us didn’t sleep well. I went to front desk first thing in the morning. I let them know; about the 5 ppl in 2 dbl beds, the handle on the toilet was broken, we didn’t have enough towels or toiletries (4 bath towels & 2 wash clothes), AC was not working properly ( It was never cold in our room the entire stay), keys were missing to safe (Message read: “Missing keys will incur a $35.00 fee per key). That day a rollaway bed was left in the hallway late afternoon. None if the other concerns were even acknowledged. I brought up the broken toilet handle & lack of towels every day, with no response other than “we’ll send someone up”
