THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN…. No hot water, toilet clogs everytime you use it (even to piss), says parking is included yet I had to park in a field next to a homeless camp, paid for a balcony over the lake had to have my room switched to get it, “clean” towels are left outside in an uncovered trash bin over night, beer cans all over the parking lot, found 5 nails in the parking lot, locks are broken on the doors, microwave had food in it and had to be cleaned out, non smoking yet room smelled like smoke,no toilet paper in the room, outlets didn’t work, light was blown out and had to be changed, people riding bikes on the second floor of the hotel, soap and shampoo dispensers don’t work so they leave an open bottle of shampoo in the shower, mentioned all this to Sandy the front desk guy and he offered a free night stay, I said I couldn’t and he said call Expedia for a full refund and then his beyond rude wife gave us only $45 back….

It’s what you would expect from a road side motel. Walls are thin. We heard the person beside us snore all night, smelled clean when we arrived, beds were really hard and AC struggled to work til the sun went down. Food was left in the fridge from the previous person and fridge was turned off. Not amazing but not horrible.

Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. It’s a short walk to the beach, and to several places in the area for dining, shopping, and some entertainment too! The maintenance/repair guys are very hardworking! The housekeeper, and the owners were really friendly and always there for whatever we needed.

Certainly experienced the bottom of American societal standards. Prostitutes and drug deals going on all night in the parking lot. Each to their own but the fact the door had an inch gap around didn’t help the noise coming through. Trying to put the safety lock on the door required me to get toilet paper to touch it with sticky residue all around the door frame. Mold on the air conditioner and musty smell made me worry about my health and slept on top of the bed sheets just to be safe. At least got some company in the form of three cockroaches one of which crawled out of the shower drain which filled up while showering. Maybe not the property owners fault but the patrons saying there and living in their cars in the lot really detract from what could be a good location. Posotive, the sunrise as I left the property was spectacular and helped my mood as I made my escape

I stayed here for 2 nights with my 14 year old son and his friend. The price was good and it was a short walk from the beach. I enjoyed the back deck on the pond. There were plenty of birds, fish, and turtles. The television didn’t work well on Saturday night. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Tried to call and cancel reservation from the parking lot of a different hotel. Got harassed by guest that were staying at the seashire inn and could not reach anyone by phone when I called the office. Got scared and left the hotel parking lot and stayed elsewhere. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Liked it was an easy walk to the beach. We had holes in our sheets and comfortable, mold in the shower and shower curtain, smoke detector was hanging down with no battery, one set of towels and wash clothes and no toilet paper in the bathroom. Parking lot was horrible to park in. Drive a truck or large suv, forget it. I drive a tervarse and had a hard time.

Was perfect for a few hours of sleep after an all day event and heading back in the morning. Price = you get what you pay for. No frills , basic comfort, and met our needs.

Didn’t stay. Had to get a hotel after seeing the condition of the hotel. Also, seedy people hanging out in the parking lot. Decided to eat the charges in return for safety.

Drunks fighting everyday, housekeeping are all homeless crackheads! The man and wife that run the place live there and literally follow you around. The husband drinks every night and is outside all hours intoxicated and disturbing guests as they come back from a night out. I saw a man leaning over the balcony screaming in Russian covered in blood as I arrived! My grand daughter was crying and upset and scared. Police are there daily for family disputes. I couldn’t believe how poorly ran this motel is. Kids riding bikes all around the car my van was hit in the parking lot because there aren’t enough parking spaces for the rooms. And it’s very tight spaces. On my way out as I’m packing my van the housekeeper asked me for a tip so she could catch the bus home so I gave it to her. But I only got room service 3x in two weeks. I had to track them down for clean towels toilet paper etc. Save your money people!!! Spend the extra if you have it
