Overall nice property. Area is really nice. Convenient to shopping and chain restaurants. They charge a $200 resort fee during check in but given back in 24 hrs. They try to talk you into a time share opportunity but they are not pushy. Could be a bit cleaner in the common areas like the pool. Rooms were clean but could use a deep clean. Kitchen sufficiently stocked with cooking supplies. Bring your own hand soap!

I thought the property was very pretty and peaceful and the pools were nice, but it was all very spread out so we had to drive just to get to the pool or restaurant. The rooms were a little dated but quite nice. There were some areas that could use some maintenance; like some broken tiles around the pool. The washing machine in the room was very loud. Overall, this is a great option for families or just couples. There's plenty to do in the area and the staff are eager to help.

I like that the maintenance staff worked quickly to fix the few minor things that were broken. What I didn’t like was it was hard to see the road entrances at night and hard to see the building number.

Great family location. Our room was located at the far end of the property so walking was doable but would have been nicer to be closer to a pond or playground for my kids.

Room needed updating ...old appliances ..bathroom bar rusty where you hold it. Missing items from room but promptly provided when guest services called. Railing by the pool was loose causing my mom to fall when she held on to it trying to get out of the pool. Love the activities and central location. Love the sunroom. Staff were friendly and provided mid week linens and paper items for bathroom and kitchen. Maintenance request for washer was addressed very quickly and staffer was super professional and nice.

Staff at s superb
Great spot and great location. The registration desk was super busy when I checked in and they kept their composure and quickly took care of over 20 people within a relatively short period of time.

Short of the long wait to check-in, this place is great! We’ve stayed here a number of times. The pool and tennis courts are nice, the apartments are roomy and clean, and the cost is better than most 1 room hotels.
