Vacation home with swimming pool

The vacation home we offer is suitable for 4-7 persons and a baby, so it's perfect for families or couples! It's a ground-floor house which contains two fully equipped separate units. The first unit is an apartment with a master bedroom (with a baby cot), en suite bathroom, living area, and kitchen. The couch in the living area can easily be transformed into a comfortable double bed. This apartment is perfectly suitable for 2-4 persons and a baby. The second unit is a studio apartment with a queen-size bed, a bathroom, a small kitchen, and a couch that can also be transformed into a bed. The studio apartment is suitable for 2-3 people. As this is all newly constructed and well isolated, even in the middle of the summer you won't need the air-conditioning. Outside, there is a large yard with a swimming pool, a playground, a terrace, and a grill which are exclusively for the guests. The house is easily reachable from the highway. As a part of the yard, there is a parking space for 3 cars.
