Fažana offers the magnificent crystal clear blue Adriatic, untouched nature, cultural heritage and local events, especially during the summer months: Škola soljenje sardele (school of sardine salting), More na stolu (the sea on the table), Ča ribari znaju (What the fishermen can), Fešta od sardela (the sardine festival) ... From Fažana you have the opportunity to go by boat and visit the Brioni Islands, the fabulous national park. You can play golf on the Brioni Islands. Fazana is only 10 km from Pula, a city rich in cultural heritage known for its Roman amphitheater. Very easy booking. Hosts were very helpful and greeted us at check in and check out. Only suggestion would be a pool cover to keep the heat in. Bit chilly at 23 degrees in May. Great location, loads to do and easy to get everywhere by car.

Wonderful Family Holiday
We were met by our hosts when we arrived on Saturday afternoon. We did not have a car at that time, so we were taken to the local shop to stock up on essentials. During our stay, our hosts were most helpful, including printing off tickets for various trips. The villa is modern and very comfortable and spacious. The pool is an idea size for young children to play in and big enough for adults to have a swim. We took a trip to Brijuna Island. Go early, take a picnic, take your swimming things and stay as long as you can. You are not restricted to any length of time to stay. We got it wrong and just went for the four hour trip. We would recommend Villa Bojana

We had a fantastically relaxing stay at the Popovic’s extremely well equipped modern & very clean villa. It had everything we required + much more. The local village has 2 mini markets & bakeries, + the beach is only a stones throw away where there are 3 beach bars all within close proximity of one another, + parks for the children. The people in the local area were all very friendly & accommodating, + the hosts were too. Mr & Mrs Popovic greeted us on arrival & too shortly before we checked out with thank you gifts. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, our first with HomeAway, + our first trip to Croatia; we will definitely return. Tom

Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Alles aus der Beschreibung trifft auf das Haus tatsächlich zu. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Jedes der Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Ist perfekt, wenn man mit mehreren Parteien verreist. Die Badewanne hat einen Duschaufsatz, sodass auch hier geduscht werden kann. Wir wurden herzlichst von den Gastgebern empfangen. Kommunikation hat super geklappt und Bojana war immer erreichbar, falls man fragen hatte.

Fantastisches Haus und liebevolle Gastgeber
Bojana und Branko sind wirklich tolle Gastgeber mit Herz und Seele! Unser erster Urlaubstag war der 40. Geburtstag meiner Schwester. Ich hatte Bojana ein paar Wochen davor angeschrieben und sie um einen Tipp für eine Strandbar gebeten, wo wir uns vor Check-in treffen und ein bisschen Geburtstag feiern können. Sie hatte nicht nur einen guten Tipp, sondern hat auch noch selbst eine Überraschung für meine Schwester vorbereitet: Das Wohnzimmer war dekoriert, im Kühlschrank stand eine Flasche Sekt und eine Torte. Auch während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts wurden wir immer wieder sehr lieb überrascht. Mal bekamen wir Schnaps mitgebracht, ein anderes Mal kiloweise frisches, Istrien typisches Grillfleisch und Würstchen, ... Die Kinder haben auch kleine Mitbringsel bekommen. Wir hatten das Gefühl, bei Freunden zu wohnen, die dabei jedoch völlig unaufdringlich, aber eben erreichbar und hilfsbereit waren. Auch das Haus war ein Traum. Sehr modern, gepflegt und sauber. Der Garten mit Rasen, Oliven- und Zitrusbäumen sowie dem schönen Pool lässt einen ganz schnell entspannen und runterkommen. Kurzum: Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! ♥️ .

Perfekter Urlaub
Die Vermieterin Bojana war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich . Wir wurden von Bojana und Branko sehr herzlich empfangen . Das Haus ist sehr sauber , die Zimmereinteilung perfekt und die Klimaanlage hervorragend. Das Grundstück ist auch sehr gepflegt und die Lage ist wirklich toll . Wir waren mit 4 erwachsenen , 3 Kindern und 2 Hunden dort . Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und ca 5 Gehminuten vom Hundestrand entfernt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ebenfalls überragend ! Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder und hatten eine tolle Zeit ! Danke Bojana und Branko

Sehr gepflegte Villa mit super netten Gestgebern
Wir waren zu Pfingsten in Peroj. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Aufteilung (4 Doppelzimmer mit je einem Badezimmer) und verfügt über eine komplette Ausstattung. 2x wöchentlich Pool-Service von einer externen Firma, alles super gepflegt. Das Haus ist ca. 600-800 m vom Kiesstrand entfernt. In die Innenstadt nach Pula fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 15-20 min. Ein großer Supermarkt 5 min entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem Traumhaus, tolle Ausstattung, neu und sehr gepflegt, Riesengroßes Gelände ca. 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß ans Meer, Dort sind mehrere Strand- und Snackbars, Fazana mit dem Auto in 8 Minuten erreichbar, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten, nette Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gemüsestände uvm. Pool ein Traum, Sonnenausrichtung den kompletten Tag, Schattenplätze im Außenbereich. Outdoorküche mit Grill und Gaskochfeld - sogar Kühlschrank für gekühlte Getränke im Freien, Bequeme Liegen mit dicker Polsterauflage, großer beschatteter Parkplatz mit Elektrotor, Gelände komplett eingezäunt mit hoher Hecke, Klimaanlage in mehreren Zimmern, Insektenschutzgitter sehr angenehm, Tolle und sehr freundliche Gastgeber immer erreichbar. Super schönes modernes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool und Außenküche
Das Ferienhaus der Familie Popovic in Peroj hat uns äußerst gut gefallen. Das Haus hat eine tolle große Küche mit allem, was man benötigt. Die vier Schlafzimmer sind sehr gepflegt und an jedes grenzt ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Fenster. Besonders toll ist die Außenküche mit Grill und zwei Herdplatten. Der Pool hat eine optimale Größe und wurde innerhalb einer Woche zweimal gereinigt. Familie Popovic ist äußerst freundlich und die Übergabe des Hauses lief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp hat super funktioniert. Frau Popovic hat uns einige Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben, was sehr hilfreich war. Der Strand ist Nahe und kann auch zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Stadt Pula liegt circa 20-30 Minuten entfernt, welche mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen ist. Alles in Allem ist es eine sehr gepflegte Unterkunft und wir haben die Woche dort in vollen Zügen genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-).

Perfektes Ferienhaus für 8 Personen
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr komfortabel und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Die Aussenküche mit Grill haben wir fast täglich genutzt. Bojana (Vermieterin) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Bojana ist eine sehr liebe und bemühte Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns sehr gut schon im Vorfeld informiert und herzlich empfangen. Uns wurde alles im und ums Haus erklärt und Sie war zu jederzeit erreichbar, wenn Fragen aufkamen. Außerdem erhielten wir von Ihr auch tolle Tips für die Unternehmungen und Möglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber. Auch unsere Hunde waren herzlich willkommen, was wir sehr schätzen. 10 min Fußweg zum Meer und gute Ausgangsposition für Ausflüge nach Pula und Rovinj. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt bei Bojana!

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist wirklich außerordentlich sauber und schön! Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, man hat wirklich alles was man braucht um auch selbst gut Kochen zu können. Das Highlight war für uns die Outdoorküche mit dem Gasgrill. Wir haben immer draußen gegessen. Toll ist auch, dass das Haus in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage hat und überall bei den Schlafzimmern Mückengitter! Sehr angenehm. Ebenfalls toll für uns war, dass das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist, sodass unsere Kinder nicht abhauen konnten ;) Bojana ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die jederzeit erreichbar ist. Der Ort selbst ist klein und ruhig, hat aber 2 kleine Supermärkte wo man das nötigste bekommt, eine Bäckerei und es kommt auch mehrmals die Woche ein Fischlieferant der morgens frischen Fisch liefert.

Die Vermieter waren super freundlich, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Sogar als wir einen Zahnarzt benötigten, war Bojana sofort für uns da und hat alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt, so dass wir schnell wieder einen schmerzfreien Urlaub verbringen konnten. Auch die Ausstattung und das Haus selbst, waren sogar besser als im Inserat beschrieben! Da würden wir jederzeit gern wieder eine Auszeit nehmen. Und was die Lage betrfft: diese schöne Unterkunft ist ca. 8 Gehminuten von der Adria entfernt, so dass wir am nahegelegenen Hundestrand mit unseren Vierbeinern verweilen konnten. Kroatien und Peroj haben uns beeindruckt durch die Vielzahl der super netten Menschen und der unterschiedlichen Natur. Fazit:Wann immer möglich,reisen wir gern wieder dorthin!
