First class all the way!!
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The property was clean as expected. The food and the food service was exceptional. It is definitely the best class hotel in the area.

ein schƶnes Hotel mit einem sagenhaften Spa- Bereich. Wer entspannen und sich kulinarisch verwƶhnen lassen mƶchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir sind mit Hund angereist und haben um ein Zimmer mit Terrassenzugang gebeten....unserem Wunsch wurde entsprochen. Mit vielen netten Kleinigkeiten werden Mensch und Tier bedacht. Es gibt gar nichts, was ich bemƤngeln mĆ¼sste. Es war ein rundum schƶner Urlaub.

FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck und Abendessen waren sehr gut (QualitƤt, Vielfalt, Geschmack). Der Service war Ć¼berall aufmerksam und freundlich. Sauberkeit und Hygienemassnahmen waren der aktuellen Situation angemessen. Der neue Pool- und Saunabereich ist sehr schƶn, modern und groƟzĆ¼gig. Ausreichend Liegen vorhanden, selbst wenn das Hotel ausgebucht wƤre. Der Infifnitypool ist ein Highlight. Aber: der alte und neue Saunabereich sind nicht verbunden und befinden sich auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen. Zum Wechseln des Bereichs benƶtigt man die Zimmerkarte, da mehrere gesicherte TĆ¼ren durchquert werden mĆ¼ssen. Die Blockhaussauna war wƤhrend unseres Aufenthalts immer noch nicht fertig. GrĆ¶ĆŸtes Manko und fĆ¼r echte Saunafans ein NoGo: der wunderschƶne neue Saunabereich '5-Elemente' (Panoramasauna, Feuersauna und das Dampfbad) sind Textilsaunen!!!! Dies hat zur Folge, dass hier z. T. ein unkundiges Publikum verkehrt, z.B. betreten der Saunakabinen mit Badeschlappen, dauernde stƶrende Unterhaltungen. Der alte Saunabereich 'Asia Spa' mit Finnensauna, Salzsteinzimmer, Dampfbad und KrƤutersauna ist textilfrei, jedoch etwas beengt, ohne Fenster und Frischluftmƶglichkeit und mit nur einem kleinen Ruheraum. FĆ¼r Frischluft nach dem Saunagang muss man textil durch den Poolbereich nach draussen. Fazit: Obwohl der Sonnenhof in vieler Hinsicht unsere Erwartungen komplett erfĆ¼llt hat, werden wir nicht noch einmal hinfahren, solange der neue Saunabereich '5-Elemente' nur textil nutzbar ist. Sehr, sehr schade! :-(

Wir waren das erste mal dort und es war sicherlich nicht das letzte mal. Mein Mann ist sehr anspruchsvoll, aber selbst ihm hat es gut gefallen. Wir kƶnnen es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Alle unsere WĆ¼nsche wurden erfĆ¼llt, Service, Essen usw. Einfach traumhaft, konnte richtig abschalten.

Sehr schƶnes Hotel in toller Umgebung. Die Aufteilung auf mehrere HƤuser ist etwas unbequem, aber wenigstens gibt es geschlossene VerbindungsgƤnge. Der Wellness-Bereich ist schƶn, ist aber bei hoher Auslastung zu klein.
