The building is a reasonable design for a small town building. Ample parking. Rooms are tolerably clean but public areas are not. The windows need washing, dust and dirt in small corners should be cleaned up. The dead bugs on the window frames should be vacuumed daily in all public areas.

Located in a good area. Only complaints is the bathroom. The tub woukdnt drain while I had a shower and noticed an area that hadn't been mopped behind the door. Like someone walked in with their shoes and left dirt behind.
