Very high quality apartment in a well-kept Upper Bavarian farm with horse keeping.

Peaceful, well appointed apartment in rural Bavaria
3 over 60s exploring Bavaria. Comfortable, clean and peaceful apartment. Ideally placed for touring around the area (need a car). We went to Mittenwald, Tegarnsee, Munich, Dachau, Schloss Neuschwanstein, Schloss Hohenschwangau and Bad Tolz. Good walking in the area.

Ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick
Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Die ruhige Lage und den Ausblick haben wir genossen. Zu kämpfen hatten wir nur mit Mücken. Und es war sehr hellhörig. Wenn die Nachbarn früh auf den Beinen waren, war ich auch wach. Das sind aber nur Hinweise. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Entspannt genießen
Sehr schöner Bauernhof mit einem wunderbaren Garten. Die Familie ist sehr nett, man fühlt sich rundum wohl. In nur 5 Minuten ist man mitten in Bad Tölz. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. So viele Seen drum herum einfach herrlich.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in Wackersberg
Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr ruhige Gegend, absolut genial zum entspannen. Einmal über den Berg und schon ist man am Blomberg. Wir hatten sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Brötchenservice kann gebucht werden. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles nötige und ist somit top ausgestattet, uns als vierköpfige Familie hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Bayerische Landidylle im „Rosentraum“ und „Karwendelblick“
Meine Mutter und ich haben traumhaft erholsame zwei Wochen auf dem so schönen wie gepflegten Reiterhof der Familie Ostheimer verbracht. Mit viel Wärme und unaufdringlichem Gespür wurden wir von Frau Ostheimer aufs Herzlichste umsorgt. Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr geschmackvoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet (besonders toll fanden wir den Mix von nostalgischen und neuen Möbeln!) und so gut ausgestattet, wie wir es noch nie erlebt hatten; selbst eine moderne Kaffeemaschine fehlte nicht. Und der Blick auf das Kawendel- Gebirge vom eigenen Balkon ist atemberaubend! Wir haben uns bei Famile Ostheimer wie zu Besuch bei guten Freunden gefühlt; man ermunterte uns, Sitzplätze im Garten zu nutzen und wurden zur Begrüßung sogar mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen beglückt. Uns hat unser Aufenthalt so gut gefallen, das mein Bruder und seine Frau spontan ein paar Tage frei nahmen und ebenfalls dort eine Wohnung bezogen. Wir genossen unseren Urlaub dort in vollen Zügen und fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Die Lage war für uns Vier perfekt, sehr nahe an Bad Tölz mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, auf der anderen Seite tiefste bayerische Idylle mit beeindruckenden Wandergebieten. Auch für Nicht-Wanderer gibt es sehr viel zu entdecken, so z. B. Klöster, diverse bayerische Seen, Garmisch- Partenkirchen, usw. - und das alles ganz nahe zu München. Wir werden definitiv wieder Familie Ostheimer heimsuchen und freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen! Besten Dank Ihnen für die nette Betreuung und alles Gute für Sie!
