Very nice property. I felt safe and the hotel was very clean. The only issue is if you have breakfast included in your stay it's for only one item off the menu. So, I had pancakes and bacon; the bacon was off the side menu, and I had to pay for the bacon. I was told that rule came from the manager. This is not how IHG properties work. Thank goodness the staff was so very nice, and the property was very clean. I think it's petty to nitpick over breakfast items on a menu.

The staff was very polite. I was supposed to get a 3 bed suite n it was not available so they gave me bedroom suite n another room by itself to accommodate us. Very clean and noce.

Everything was great! Only issue we had was a stain that was on a comforter on the bed. We removed the comforter and used an extra blanket from the closet. Everything else was clean and great.

AC Didn't Work Properly Hotel Staff Not Responsive
The AC did not cool well the first night. That morning temp in room was 75 and I reported to front desk about 8:30 am. We left for activities and returned around 3:00 pm. It was 77 degrees in room so I reported again. She did not know if maintenance had checked the room but said she would call them again. We left and returned around 6pm and it was still 77 degrees in the room. The girl from the day shift had left and night shift knew nothing about the problem. Maintenance had gone home. It reached 79 degrees in our room the 2nd night and I didn't sleep much. I again reported the problem at check out but the front desk clerk didn't seem to care.

After the day that me and my best friend had getting to this hotel and the lady at the front desk, her name was Misty. She was awesome. It just made us feel so much better after the trouble that we had gone through with all the other hotel experiences I really would like to say thank you to her for making our day better.

Reserved a room with jetted tub and the tub didn't work. Got a drink from the front vending area and was going to pay cash and attendant stated she didn't have change for $20.
