Joanna’s design has been painstakingly recreated to closely match her original furnishings and feel. The house is on a quiet tree lined street, a short 7 minute drive to the Silos. Close to downtown, coffee shops, restaurants, Cameron Park and Baylor University.

A Perfect Stay at The Baby Blue Cottage
We recently stayed at The Baby Blue Cottage - Fixer Upper, Season 3 in Waco, Texas, and it exceeded our expectations. The cottage is tidy, well-furnished, and much more spacious than we anticipated, with a lovely open kitchen area. We found the cottage to be peaceful and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
Its location is ideal, just a short distance from downtown, where we enjoyed dinner each night of our trip. The owner, Jackie, couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Our interaction with her was flawless, making our stay even more enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a place to stay in Waco, I highly recommend The Baby Blue Cottage. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Great Location
We were in town celebrating my Mother in law's 70th birthday. This house was very convenient for visiting Magnolia and all that Waco has to offer. It was fun to stay in a fixer upper house, we ended up watching the episode of this house while staying there one night. The owner has worked hard to make the interior resemble the finished product of the show. The only "surprise" was that the bathrooms were not as updated as I was anticipating, but they were clean and functional.

Fun girls weekend
We really enjoyed this house! It was very cool to stay in a fixer upper house, the decor was spot on too! The host allowed us to use the house past our check out time since our flight didn’t leave till later in the evening. Great communication, lovely people. Highly recommended!

Fixed is up nicely
