Waikoloa Village experience
This is the first time for us to stay in the Waikoloa area and was not too familiar with the Village area. The drive from the resorts is 6 miles up the road hill which when driving the road everyday back down to the beach sometimes felt bothersome. Once in the village there is a grocery store and a few new businesses (e.g. - coffee, Chinese food, pizza, etc). Waikoloa Fairways is at the end of road with a security gate next to a golf course. Condo A208 is really nice with a great view. Our only complaint is as many others have said the blinds need attention (e.g.-blinds beside the microwave/oven are a hazard). Also the kitchen counter is tile with grout so hard to keep clean and it seems like they tried to “repair” some chipped tile using clear silicone caulking that feels sticky. The property is quiet. It is across from the pool but for the 3 weeks we were here only saw people in the pool a handful of times. Property management company this unit uses was very response and helpful.

Great Stay, Some Suggestions
My wife and I loved our stay. However, some suggestions. We stayed for a month, but there was only approximately one week of toilet paper, so we had to supplement by buying enough for the remaining three weeks. Other issues: missing pneumatic door closer on screen door, one lamp in master bedroom had defective switch, and door to condo sometimes required multiple tries before it opened (even with light indicating correct code was entered)

The property was very clean and spacious. The blinds need to be updated, some in the Guest room would not open. The beach umbrella and chairs should also be replaced. Otherwise, very nice place to stay!

Beautiful view on golf course
Nice, quiet complex. Pool area bigger and nicer than pics. Hardly anyone uses it. Bedroom closest to kitchen needs mattress replaced. Carpet was very new. Unit very dated but in good shape.

Beautiful Condo
Absolutely loved our stay here. The view from every room was breathtaking. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time there and we’re perfectly located to the beach, shopping and dining. We would 100% stay here again!
