During the colder months, Sugarbush Resort (eight miles away) and Bolton Valley Resort (24 miles away) offer world-class skiing, snowboarding, and family-friendly winter recreation.

Step into this sun-filled abode and be greeted by Vermont’s classical architecture, exposed beams, and elegant, rustic finishes. The porch and spacious backyard provide great outdoor living areas to gather with friends and enjoy the warm, summer breeze. A well-appointed kitchen boasts modern appliances, ample storage space, and a large island making food preparation a breeze. The chef of your group will delight in crafting delicious meals after a day on the mountain. Afterward, be sure to break out the provided board games at the adjacent dining table! The bedrooms and bathrooms are adorned with whimsical accents and plush linens, ensuring your rest and comfort are top priority during your stay. Following a full day of adventure, unwind with some local brews on the front porch to watch the starry skies appear.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
