Beautiful property, well-located next to subway and short walk to downtown and Gion. Rooms decent size and very comfortable beds. Staff lovely. Overall great stay.

A great hotel, nice big rooms. Took us a day to discover there was a shuttle bus to and from Otsu Station, but when utilised it was easier, as it's a 20 minute walk to Zeze Station (closest JR station). Was disappointed to hear there was no laundry facility for guests.

Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Fantastic location if you want to be in the heart of it. Close to main train station and lots of dining options. 711 right at entrance. We found it quiet in our room. Great views
