Very upset with the stay want to actually speak with management. There was no lobby to sit in, no breakfast because they are undergoing maintenance but this was never stated anywhere. Someone actually walked into my son and Is room and he was very scared. My room was so hotel did not cool some till 3am

There were roaches in the suite we booked and we refused to stay in the room. We were subsequently downgraded to another standard room. It was a horrible experience and I believe that we should be fully refunded. I also am now beginning to believe that hotels secure reviews that are more favorable than factual. Beware.

There was construction going on, so no snacks or ice. I maxed out the hot water. The front desks clerks were polite and helpful. I loved the bathroom- complete with a night light and foot bar for shaving legs!

Our room was newly renovated and very nice and comfortable. The hotel is undergoing renovations which limited the services such as breakfast accommodation. I believe once itā€™s completed everything will be nice.

It was decent
It was a decent location. Construction was taking place in and outside the building. So the elevator was not working. We had to take all of our bags and dogs upstairs via the stairs. (We were on the 4th floor).

I checked in and was assigned a room with no TV. Furthermore, hotel staff did not advise of this situation and would not assign me to a different room. I immediately checked out of the hotel without reimbursement. This is the worst hotel I've ever had after many years of traveling internationally and across the U.S. I would not recommend a stay at this hotel.

The hotel was nice, room beautiful. However, I was charged a ā€œdamage feeā€ for marking up the pillows and sheets with purple dye an oil! I was offended and disturbed, the maids tried to accuse me that Iā€™d done that. I had no products that had any oil or purple chemicals! Hopefully they refund me my $ as they eventually concluded.

At the time, they were painting the outside walls, my windows were covered, and I heard a lot of beepbeeps. It does look much better though and I understand they had to do it. I would recommend 2-ply toilet paper more consistent with the place which is very nice and updated. Staff were very nice and helpful.
