Unterkunft hervorragend. Kommunikation mit FeWo suboptimal.
Auf E-Mails von FeWo kann man nicht direkt antworten. Eine Antwort geht an No-reply und landet nicht beim Vermieter. Man bekommt auch keine Fehlermeldung. Sehr ärgerlich. Der Link "Nachricht an Gastgeber" führt zu vrbo.com (warum dorthin, wenn ich doch über FeWo gebucht habe?). Um dem Gastgeber zu antworten möchte ich mich nirgends extra anmelden/einloggen und schon gar keine App installieren müssen. Bitte unterstützen sie E-Mail so wie es gedacht ist. Danke.
