The rooms were very pleasant. Breakfast was nice. The bathrooms were great and up-to-date. The hotel has historical appeal, yet it luckily has an elevator. It was nice to be in a family run operation. The town was very quiet and uneventful. We did find a local pub a few blocks away for an evening meal and an opportunity to be with real Germans. The location was reasonably close to Rhein Falls (our destination for the next morning).

This Hotel is one of these family run places which also have a good restaurant attached. Rooms are cozy and beds are very comfy. My experience was great and I’m sure I’ll be back, when in the area again.

The room was modern & immaculate. The bathroom / shower was huge. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were absolutely amazing, they helped us book a hotel for our following night and spent a lot of time helping us track down a laundromat and tourist info office. They were outstanding, especially the younger girl who spoke very good English. Highly recommended.
