I have a lot of people living in my house and I needed to get out for some peace and quiet and some "me time". This hotel was wonderful for that. Even though the parking lot was full, inside the hotel was nice and peaceful. My room was so comfortable. It was very clean and smelled good. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and washclothes. The king size bed was comfortable with clean linens. There was a chair and ottoman in the room and I made good use of it. I turned the air conditioner on 68, sat in that chair and watched TV. I will most definitely escape to this hotel again.

The guy that checked us in acted like we were a bother because we needed to check in. He had to stop his smoke break to do his job. We had an empty water bottle behind the curtains and candy wrappers on top of the AC. There was mildew in the shower. I attempted to get ice from the machine but it was leaking water everywhere.

Extremely disappointing
I don't generally leave negative reviews but, seriously? Best Western calls this a Plus but it shouldn't qualify as a minus. The experience was the worst we've had in years, at any hotel. We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Sulphur, LA a week earlier and it was amazing, but this experience was so bad that we will definitely not stay at a Best Western brand hotel in the future. Just sorry I didn't take pics to post.
