I perchanced a king sized bed. When i got there they said we got a queen. When we got to the room the bed was a full size. It was hard to sleep with two people.

Not sure it's a good idea to message with your guests -- too much for the desk staff to keep up with. They are great but messaging with guests is not what hotels usually do.
