Shower in room 304 was terrible, very hard to get the right temperature and it kept changing and the water pressure was terrible.

Very clean and staff very kind especially contacting immediately when we left something in the room. Comfy bed but bathroom really needs updating. Location great and central, surprisingly quiet considering on main road.

The manager was so lovely and friendly. Lots of brochures and maps in reception. Clean and tidy. Working internet. Close (walking distance) to the Baths and a few other nice beaches. Highly recommend.

Well priced motel near the main beach, ocean baths & town centre. The two managers were so helpful & generous towards me made my stay a most comfortable one. The rooms are clean, air con worked well and had the basics of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, cutlery & washing liquid. I was very happy and recommend Forstay if you're looking for an overnight stay with helpful staff.

Convenient location near main beach and short walk to Forster main shops . Stayed in executive room which felt very dated . No power points next to bed sides which was annoying . Toilet gave a loud bang whenever the cistern refilled and shower too roughly 5 minutes to start getting warm . Effectively no noise insulation in room as door had a large gap at bottom , any time of night you could hear people walking outside or banging their own doors . Cost of stay was low however

It was exactly what we needed for our friends catch up...the bedrooms were spacious beds were comfortable clean and plenty of towels...the shower was hot with excellent flow...the living areas were dated the furnishing well worn...the tea and coffee facilities were adquate the staff were just as sweet and helpful has could be..the whole room was spotlessly clean

The property is very conveniently located at the heart of Forster with the food precincts and beaches located in walking distance. The rooms decent in size and is well lit. Parking lot is cramped, you’ll need good driving skills to park and take your car out. Overall a great choice for the price we paid.

This property advertised daily housekeeping which is not correct, they need better blinds to keep the lights out from the service station. Tiles in the shower are all cracked and mouldy shower screen.
