My stay was mostly pleasant. The front desk staff exhibited very little professional hospitality traits. A lack of personality and enthusiasm about The Hawthorne. The only attendant that had any hospitable petsonality was 'Dwight', the other could use a customer service course or tutorial.

Clean, with friendly staff. Looks like it was recently renovated. Breakfast not included but reasonably priced for buffet. Only downside was the internet and tv were out on the evening we were staying, not the hotel’s fault. I would definitely stay here again.
