This WAS always my go to as they have good customer service. However i had left two items in a room and one was an expensive straightener. Phoned back days later and they said the room was empty. On more than one occasion, housekeeping had denied finding any personal belongings and the housekeeper man on the phone was very defensive about all having criminal record checks. Unfortunately i will not be staying here anymore.

I very much enjoyed the hotel but the parking lot has not been cleared of snow which is packed down and very bumpy and icy, especially by the door. Difficult with mobility issues such as myself.

I use this hotel a lot. The rooms are always relatively clean, but very dated. Rooms don’t have enough lighting, it’s dark and grim. I found this time around that the pillows were all terrible and very seperated or lumpy. I had to just use a sweater as a pillow this time. My bigger issue this time around was the parking lot. I don’t think they’ve snow plowed it even once this year. This makes parking difficult because of ice and large lumps and accumulations of snow packed around the parking lot. Plus you can’t use all the spaces because half of them have big hard accumulations of snow, which damages tires if parked on them for too long. Please consider getting the parking lots cleaned and plowed guys. It’s ridiculous.
