Well, what can i say. From the first moment we arrived we were greeted by fantastic staff. We had the 2 bedroom unit for 7 days which was wonderful. A big shout out to a particular staff member Beth, what a wonderful person. We think she should be promoted to managing director. Also the restraunt is fantastic. Definately will be back.

The room was very nice and clean. There was no soap for the shower as it was attached to the wall next to the sink. The dining in was very convenient but a little expensive and we had a very long wait due to only one chef being on duty. However saying all that, the staff were super friendly and fun. The accommodation was clean and very quiet at night. Great location to access the beach and the rock coves down at stingray Bay... Overall highly recommended...

On our way we knew we were going to check in late which was around 10pm and we gave the reception area a call to inform them....the guy who responded was very understanding and ver helpful he told us he would find a place to leave our key where we could find it just in case whe wasnt on his degk when he came through.When we arrived there we got exactly what we had booked for the rooms were clean and tidy.

It would be the best accomodation option in Warnambool. Directly opposite Flagstaff Hill. Reception staff were very friendly. Note that it is a heritage building so the walls are thin.

The entrance to the apartment from the parking area was multi level and needed more upkeep, especially for more senior, single occupants. The rooms were well kept and the space excellent. Bed and pillows exceptional.
