Our initial room was not very clean and was not the room we reserved. However after we expressed our concerns the manager he changed the room and all was well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great stay.

The hotel room was clean, but small. The TV didn’t work and neither did the in room coffee machine. Some of the staff was helpful, while others were short and didn’t listen to our needs. I do not think I would stay here again.

Old style hotel, clean but outdated.
Old style hotel. Very outdated staff (TV, elevators, furniture, etc.). Just one elevator works, horrible delays for that. Reception on TV channels do not work properly, very old style. No refrigerator on the room. Run down furniture. Execisve expensive for parking. Swrvers tried to do their best, very nice

Beacon resort fee
They charge you a good chunk of change and call it a resort fee. Still haven't found the resort. Someone told me it was two free bottles of water in the room. No mini fridge either. Also, $60 a night to keep a car.

Nice staff, good location for where I needed to be, surprisingly great food in a near empty restaurant and decent room, although in need of a refresh. The air conditioning unit was working at about the level of a fan, however, and I asked after my first night for the unit to be serviced. Not sure if anyone actually tried but the second night it was just as warm in the room. Considering it was hot and humid outside, it really was not comfortable. The air in the hallway felt at least 10 degrees cooler.

"Special" government pricing rips of taxpayers
Hotel is conveniently located. I don't like this hotel's business practices, though. For example, there is a "special government rate." Oh, it's special all right. It's $70 a night MORE for the same room when its on the taxpayers' dime. Be aware that the price you pay on Hotels.com does n't include a surprise $35 "amenities" fee. The hotel has no amenities to speak of. But I'll probably stay here again because it's very convenient to where I have work meetings.

Coffee maker had Lavazza coffee. This was excellent for hotel room coffee maker. Room and hotel were clean. Wallpaper and furnishings maybe a little dated. Fitness center very good.
