NOTE: The basement is not for guest access and is locked for that reason.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The home is a 3 Story Row Home, so be aware there are one set of stairs to get into the property, and two more inside of home. There is also an outside winding staircase in the rear of the building, to access the building if you park your car in your private secure parking space. In the rear of the building is assigned private secured off-street parking for ONE medium size vehicle. It can be accessed by way of the alley, or when exiting your unit, walk through the common hallway to the rear of the building to exit, outside you will see a spiral staircase to the parking area. The motorized garage door has a keypad for easy access when arriving, and a grey box with green and red push buttons located inside it for closing it once you are parked.
There is also free street parking, that does not require parking permits. Uber, Lyft, Cabs, H-Street Streetcar, Metro Access buses and subways are great sources of transportation as well. If traveling with Elders and large suitcases, we highly recommend you unload everything at the front of the building before parking your vehicle in the rear. The spiral staircase may be challenging for seniors or when carrying large items up it. Also, please be mindful that there is another assigned parking space for the other Unit, but you only have access to one.
