Unhappy with the stay. Felt like staff is incline not to assist you just because you book thru a third party. When you bring to their attention the service or issues that were presented during the stay they are fast on blaming the employee and not taking responsibility. In the end who is training them. Then they proceed to say that is a known issue with that employee and giving false information to guests. Honestly the service is what made our stay so uncomfortable. There are minimun details that I usually overlook but not this time unfortunately. Not booking here again neither thru third party nor directly with them. I really felt like I was shamed for the way that I book.

Cathy checked us in last night and she was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean. No complimentary coffee, but their is coffee in the room. If you want breakfast, I definitely recommend you book it when you book the room.
