Close enough to walk to Capitol area, if you have good walking shoes and are in good shape, or to Uber. Parking is expensive if you have a car. Rooms are spacious and the kitchen area is laid out well. Might need more cooking utensils for those who want to cook at least part of the time. Loved having a washer/dryer just be sure to bring detergent pods if staying more than a day. Would help to have salt/pepper packs as well. Staying more than a day or 2 will need to buy toilet paper and paper towels.

I had an amazing experience at Residence Global Luxury Suites. The apartment was spotlessly clean, just like new, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic, easy to access, with public transportation just a short walk away, making it convenient to get around. The area is vibrant and safe, with plenty of excellent restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. A special mention to Bushra from customer service, who called to make sure we weren’t missing anything in the apartment, such thoughtful service really made us feel at home. Considering the quality of the stay, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay. I will definitely be coming back! Raja

I had a great stay. Surrounding area was so nice and very close to many food and shopping places. It was clean and looks like the pictures. Two Cons paying $40 for parking everyday if you stay in the parking garage and the beds were not comfortable.

Suggestion: show more pictures of the actual apt you are renting. When we arrived, I was a little taken aback when I thought we rented a one BEDROOM and it actually was just a studio with a nook as a bedroom with no door! Other than that, the location was great and the gym was phenomenal.

The GLS is a beautiful place but that's where it ends. The poor communucation and repetitious attempts to relay info to us and us following intructions still led to a very difficult process to check in. Reaching out to customer service most of the time did not result in a follow up on their part. Shower did not even have a little holder or shelf, you have to put your toiletries on the floor while showering. Toaster barely working. The oven did not have a tray available to make the frozen fries we bought. They had silverware just enough for two people. Salt and pepper shaker empty, could you have spared it. Inconveniences that made me feel like this is not a place I would like to ever book again. Maintenace fee 100 dollars yet they made you do a major part of the housekeeping. Overall, this place is simply not worth it.

This place was absolutely amazing and I totally would recommend it! We stayed four nights and it was just such a wonderful place to be. Our room was very clean and nicely arranged before we arrived which was awesome. Also, I read a lot of reviews before we checked in about how the codes were super hard to use. Those codes were the easiest things to use so I am not really sure why anyone would be complaining about it. It is super efficient, high tech, and we felt safe the whole time. So basically if you have trouble with those codes then you might be incapable of doing the simplest of tasks. The area around the place was great as well and there was so much food around. Being so close to the metro station was great too, and it was not too noisy and did not wake us up or anything. I love this place so much and I will be staying here again very soon!
