The staff was very friendly and very helpful which was wonderful. The reason for the 4 star was that I had to change room as the A/C was not cooling the room. the room given also had a problem but was working better. When we got in after a late dinner the room was comfortable while being awake but not cold enough for sleeping I called down stairs and asked if a fan could be brought up as I did not want to change room again that late at night. They were able to get a standing fan and brought it up. The fan help a great deal and I was able to sleep comfortable for the 2 nights I was there. Our friends also had a slight problem in their room with the toilet not shutting off, but it was eventually fixed.

Grateful For Your Wxcellence
Posted 3 Sep. 2024 on HotelsService was excellent. Housekeeping was excellent; the room was fresh and clean when I checked in. Breakfast was excellent. The front desk provided my every need (extra toilet paper, facial tissues.) Thank you for the excellence. I have come to expect excellence at all Hampton Inns and they all have been great. On this trip, I learned I now must travel with a portable air cleaner to conteract the neighboring tenants who vape and smoke marijuana in nonsmoking rooms. I was not able to sleep at night because someone smoked off and on all night long. The bathroom was especially hard to breathe in I know Hampton cannot control what tenants do in their rooms, but I need the management to be advised. I could only breathe because of the excellent air conditioner. When it turned on, there was fresh air and I could breathe. When it turned off, it was hard to breathe again. I ended up lowering the thermostat so that it would come on more often and I could breathe while the other tenants vaped and smoked.

Found multiple (5-10) hairs in the bathroom after check in. A funny and unpleasant smell came from somewhere maybe from A/C or bathroom. The both male ans female common bathroom at lobby were uncleaned and unhygienic conditions.

Great stay at this place. Staff was very good, everything was stocked, clean and the food/coffee is a great thing to still offer these days. Will definitely stay there again.
