The hotel runs a shuttle van to National Airport every half hour from early morning until 11pm. Great service!

The staff the big black lady on the reception wasn’t extremely unfriendly. I could charge $50 deposit on every day to $200 deposit and other hotel paid $50 for the holiday two weeks. Nightmare is not working most of the time or one lifted overcrowded. Long time waiting for the lift . Close to the hotel, there was a strip joint . Feeling unsafe at night.

Awoke first morning to find room temperature had dropped and thermostat in room not working to adjust it . Then found I had hot water in sink but not shower. I brought this to the attention of person at front desk who assured me it would be taken care of. Next morning same thing nothing had been corrected. Also after being out and about for almost 6 hours came back to find housekeeping on their way home and my room had not been cleaned. At checkout I voiced my displeasure again and they payed for my breakfast. A long way to go and a lot of money to spend for cold showers.

A lot of good things about this hotel but the breakfast buffet sucks. Food cold and overpriced. No sugar free syrup. Also one night a bunch of 8th graders ran up and down the halls screaming at midnnight. Chaparones ineffective and seemed to justify the action of the kids. Security not in sight.
