This backyard cottage was fantastic for our DC trip. The house was neat and clean with everything we needed for our stay. The neighbor was also great. A short walk to the metro made all of DC available to us.

Honestly one of the nicest VRBOs weve ever stayed in. Great cottage in a very nice residential neighborhood a short walk from the metro. Lots of nice touches inside. The owner was very responsive when we had a question about the door lock. Would definitely stay again.

Geneva and Peter’s backyard cottage was wonderful. It was exactly like the listing and extremely clean. Parking is a breeze (and free!). They truly thought of all the little extras you may need - toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, makeup wipes, feminine hygiene products, etc. and a few little snacks and chocolates! The bed was very comfy, the only thing to note is that the bedroom does not get very dark if you are a sensitive sleeper.

This place is a beautiful property tucked away so you feel like you have privacy and a quiet atmosphere to relax. The location is within walking distance of great restaurants and perfect for wanting to explore DC due to its proximity to the sites.
