It's a beautiful place inside and out
My overall was good i love the keyless entry system they have. The pool area was good too i did like how there was a lot of seating outside.The only thing i did not love was the bed it was not comfortable and its was on the small side for two people and it was very squeaky when just sitting on the bed. But besides that i really love this place

I was not able to check in until 8pm. I asked for an early check in and didn’t even receive a normal time. Pan and cooking utensils are dirty with food on them. Floors were not swept. Hair in the tub from shaving. Awful

New building with a large number of spacious apartments rented for short stay, in an excellent location near Tenleytown. Wegmans and Tatte are in adjacent building, and Lidl grocery will be opening in the same building soon. Walkable parkland with Glover Archbold Trail all the way down to the Potomac is adjacent. We did not use fitness facilities, pool or spa. Keycode access was efficient, although perhaps it should have been made clear that keycode works for the parking garage as well (my guess turned out to be correct). Signage is well thought out. The building seems well secured. Communication with staff was excellent with prompt responses to text messages and emails. Our apartment had an odd arrangement with a glass wall and a translucent shade between the main room and the bedroom, which let light in even at night. The "chef-ready" kitchen itself was sparsely furnished with very few cooking or serving utensils (for example, no spatula for use with a frying pan), and barely enough dishes, glasses and tableware, although a surprisingly good supply of decent knives. There was no rack for drying hand-washed dishes or pots. Virtually no kitchen staples were provided, and only 4 coffee pods and 2 dishwasher tablets for our 4-day stay. Beware that the advertised car chargers are for Tesla vehicles only. With a blackout shade for the bedroom, a better furnished kitchen, and generic EV charging, would give 5 stars for cleanliness, convenience and location.

The unit I stayed in was pristine to the point of seeming brand new. Concierge team was very helpful and friendly. Conveniently next to grocery/coffee/bakery options. Located in a nice area that is less than a 2 mile walk to American University. I would have stayed longer if I could!

This place was awesome. It was ideal for a stay for more than just a day or two as I could relax and enjoy then ease of the neighborhood. The staff were very nice and the space was overall very stylish. One of the best feature was the long wading infinity pool (3-4’ deep). This will become a go-to place for me while visiting DC.

Pre-check in process was pretty confusing. Because is seems like this is a newer location communication prior and during check it was somewhat challenging! Some links didn’t work in the emails, parking was confusing initially and walk in was too.

All of the stuff, Personal was very friendly, the hotel was pretty new, walking distance to restaurants, and very convenient However, when I made my reservation it Says it was $36 for overnight parking. I park my car after 5 PM, and left the hotel at 9 AM, and when I pay it, it was $52 The guard in the parking lot told me that it was $36 overnight and the rest it was for the few hours after the night was over, This is the first time that ever happened to me I had a Text from the hotel to asked me how was my stay, and I told him about my parking experience, it’s been almost one week and I haven’t heard anything or at least an explanation from the hotel

This Placemakr (Cathedral Heights) was really an entire 2 bedroom apartment with washer, dryer and two bathrooms, a balcony, a gym, a pool…the list goes on. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and again.
