Front desk staff was great. The room and location were also wonderful. Common areas were a little unkempt and shabby (carpets looks dirty and threadbare) - but the room was immaculate.

I travel for business all the time, and I absolutely loved this hotel. My room was an apartment with a full kitchen. It was clean. The service was great. And they have the best rooftop hangout. It has loungers with fireplaces and a hot tub. I would definitely go back.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed! Our one bedroom unit felt like a personal apartment, with incredible views from the 14th floor and quiet and private rooms. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and private washer/dryer in the unit. Walking to/from the Ballston metro was easy and safe, even at night. Would highly recommend!
