Having two bedrooms two bathrooms and a full kitchen was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Could catch a Circulator bus to the mall area easily, but I understand they're discontinuing that. Liked the restaurants nearby, but the nearest grocery store was nearly half mile away.

Overall this place was ok. Low rating for cleanliness though, because there was a used bandaid on the rug when I first walked in. Also, getting in initially was tricky because I couldn't figure out how to make the numbers appear on the keypad (you have to hold your finger in the bottom left corner). I called and they answered promptly and told me what to do. The bedroom is very small - barely larger than the bed - but there is a good sized closet and a separate living room. Unfortunately, the light in the closet was out so I had to keep my suitcase in the living room in order to be able to find anything in it.

The townhome was very nice and unique we were coming from virginia, everything seemed new but the bathroom doors are broken they dont close. The townhouse had at least 10 mosquitos that we spent too much time trying to kill and not closing the bathroom doors is crazy. I tried reaching out about the problem but no none responded.

I wish there was access to the parking in the building. I had to park 3 blocks away. I had to go to Capital One Arena so I used ride share. This was a better option anyway and I’m glad I did. This place is lovely and I’ll use them again.

Had problems initially checking in as you cannot access the property without a code and you don’t get the code until after checking in. There is a door bell which I tried multiple times with no response and a phone number that would not connect. However after we managed to check in we had no issues the property is clean and staff were happy to direct you to where extra supplies were if you ran out. Overall a clean safe place to stay and we would go back

Do not recommend booking this property. I arrived from Texas, arrived at the property only to find out my entire 6 day reservation had been canceled. I spent 8 hours trying to find another place with my family of 6 in the middle of summer.
