DC Stay...
Great view. Great location near Metro. Great rate for nightly stays that offers a much better option than hotels. Safe area for families. Easy to go "car light" if you drive to DC and quick in and out access if you need to make a car trip. Tons of restaurants nearby. Groceries and services as well with easy access to Pentagon City by car or train. Only surprise is having to pay additional fee for onsite parking. Not a hardship, and the host does notify you, but just be sure to receive this with host before you arrive or it will add some time to your check in.

Overall, the property and location was very nice. However, the check in process with the host group management was somewhat confusing and complicating. I’ve never had to go through this process before with VRBO.

Great location, good experience overall
Overall our stay at this property was really good with just a few correctable issues we experienced that may or may not impact others.
The positives:
- Great, great location. Super convenient to the Metro providing quick access to all of the DC attractions
- Super clean building with a very solid set of amenities
- Unit was exactly as advertised, no surprises
Some less positive things we experienced:
- Internet did not work and we were ultimately given wifi access to the unit directly beneath ours that was also managed by the same group
- Parking was additional charge (not a huge issue) and ultimately our car got locked out of the garage one of days because we were out past 11p. Just word of caution if you are parking, ensure you fully understand how the in/out works and the timing of such
- This unit is managed about a corporate rental group so our transactions were split between VRBO and the system this group uses. It was a bit of a surprise but in the end worked out fine. The ding I have is that I used VRBO and expected 100% of my transaction for the rental to be through them versus spliting payment.
- Water pressure in the unit was horrendous. I'm guessing that wasn't unique to only this unit but did impact us, especially showering for those with long hair!

We loved the location to the metro. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed in space. Easy parking, lovely lobby, great air conditioning and great city vibes. Crystal City was a great
Spot for us Wish the mattresses were better. You could
Feel the bar in your back. Also,
The futon couch has a big divot. After long days of sight seeing, we wished we had more comfortable seating and sleeping.
